1. DESCRIPTION OF THE LAREPUBLICA.RO WEBSITE AND THE REPUBLICA DEL GUSTO SERVICE: is a website whose purpose is to offer coffee, wines, gifts, gourmet products for sale to its members daily at attractive prices.

After you have chosen the products, they will be delivered where it is most convenient for you: at your home, at your office, at your vacation home, or anywhere in the more than 13,000 locations in Romania to which we provide transport.


The sales activity of the website is carried out by the company Van Coffeeworks SRL (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") with its office in Bucharest, Sector 4, Calea Serban Voda no. 176, registered in the Trade Register under number J52/332/2019, CUI RO40621430, share capital 200 lei and which can be contacted at the e-mail address:, telephone 0745 10.20.30.  During these terms and conditions we will refer to the site by the phrase "".



Participation as a member of the website is free and is allowed to any citizen who is at least 18 years old. If you have not created an account on and if you have not validated your e-mail address, you will only be able to order as a visitor.

You can create an account from almost any page on the website, filling in your personal data and selecting your preferences related to alerts by Electronic Mail (e-mail). members can invite their friends to join them by sending them a personalized message with a simple click on the site.

At our discretion and at our choice, we will be able to make an optional telephone confirmation of the various data you have provided us, either after you have created your account or after you have ordered. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any account or order in the event that we notice any discrepancy between what you declare over the phone and any of the data provided on the website.



On the website there are several product offers together with the services related to the packaging and delivery of the order. A member can place one or more orders, within the limit of the maximum quantity he can order. We can temporarily suspend the delivery if the weather conditions do not allow this. Only in the situation where you have paid the order in full in advance and the weather conditions would cause changes to the integrity of the order, we offer you the opportunity to temporarily host the order in our warehouse.

If you do not choose this option, your order will be shipped in a maximum of 2 working days, but cannot assume responsibility for products destroyed during transport due to extreme temperatures.

You can invoice the order either to a natural person or to a legal person. It is your obligation to ensure that the person to whom the order is billed has full capacity and the right to pay. 

You must also fill in a delivery address where the parcel will be sent. Make sure that on the day the parcel is delivered to you, there is an adult to take it - otherwise, the courier, who has received clear instructions not to leave a parcel to a minor, will return it to us .

When you order, the total of your order is displayed in the box entitled "Your Order" on the right side of the order page, which contains distinctly the total price of the order, and separately, the total shipping price.

To complete the order, you must accept these Terms and Conditions.



As payment methods, we accept payment by card, payment order or payment on delivery. will never store your credit card data. All credit cards are processed by our payment partner, who uses secure, safe, state-of-the-art technology to ensure that your credit card details will not be compromised in any way.

For online payments, is not responsible for any other additional costs borne by the Member, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the card issuing bank, in the event that the currency of its issuance differs from RON. reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order made by a member, after prior notification, without any subsequent obligation of any party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages, in the following situation:

  • 1. rejection by the issuing bank of the card or the transaction, in the case of online payments;

  • 2. invalidation of the transaction by the card processor, in the case of online payment;

  • 3. the data provided by the Member on the website are incomplete or incorrect;

  • 4. the Member's behavior can and/or causes damage of any kind on the part of and/or its partners;

  • 5. for other valid reasons that justify this measure.


Confirmation of the order by is done by sending an e-mail containing the AWB number issued by's logistics partner to track the delivery of the order.


The order will appear on the "My Account" page in the "My Orders" section on the website and by e-mail.

In the case of the order with payment on delivery, the order launched by the Member will be confirmed by phone with him. If the order cannot be confirmed, we reserve the right to cancel the order. organizes various marketing and promotion actions on the website that can be completed with BONUS received by Members, BONUS that can be used exclusively on the website. Depending on the BONUS received, a Member will be asked for his personal numerical code (CNP). The Member's refusal to provide the CNP leads to the immediate loss of any bonuses or prizes offered by the website.


Shipping is provided for a fee to the Member's home, or to any other destination in Romania, within the 13,000 locations where we deliver, provided that the person who receives the delivered order is over 18 years old. All taxes and shipping costs will be borne by the Member.

Usually, the order is shipped within a maximum of 2 (two) working days after placing the order. If you haven't received the parcel within 4 days of placing the order, send us an e-mail at

If, within 7 days from the date of placing the order, fails to complete 2 attempts to deliver the products due to reasons due to the buyer [eg: postponement of delivery, absence from the delivery address, the person who is going to receive the products does not is of age, etc.], the buyer has the possibility

If the buyer does not exercise any of the two options within 7 days from the date of the second failed delivery attempt, will return the money to the buyer and withdraw the right to buy products from 


The buyer has the right to notify in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 working days of receiving the parcel or to receive within 30 days of the unilateral denunciation in writing the amount that constitutes the price the contract. The 14-day period provided for the exercise of this right starts from the working day following the date of receipt by the Buyer.

In the situation where the customer does not want to give up buying the product/service and wants a replacement of a product/service of the same kind, there must be a value interdependence between it and the new product/service requested.

The buyer cannot return the products/services purchased through a Contract, and/or cannot claim damages/compensations, in the following situations:

  • a) when the return request has a date of dispatch of the notification of return intention that exceeds the period of 14 working days, calculated from the working day following the date of receipt of the package, respectively the date of receipt of the product;

  • b) for orders that were sent as a gift.

The member is also aware of the following specific requirements:

  • The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (have the original packaging and the documents that accompanied it). The product must be in perfect condition, including the packaging, with related accessories, exactly as at the time of sale and must not show any signs of use or wear. Exceptions are not allowed (for example, damaged packaging, scratches or other physical defects).

  • In all cases, the return/re-shipment costs will be borne by the Buyer, except in the case of non-conformity of the product, in which case will bear the cost of the transport.

  • Any delivery service can be used, as long as the product(s) is(are) delivered directly to the address. does not pick up parcels sent by Posta-Romana, from post offices. The decision to insure or not the package during the transport from the customer to, falls to the Buyer. becomes responsible from the moment it signs for receipt of the parcel(s), in the sense of confirming the receipt of the parcel(s), quantitatively and qualitatively. undertakes to carry out the quantitative and qualitative reception of its contents within 10 days from confirmation of receipt of the parcel(s).
    In case of delivery of a different product than the one ordered, you can return it. In this situation will bear all the transport costs and will deliver the requested product within a maximum of 30 days. can deliver a product or service of a quality and at a price equivalent to those requested only if this has been expressly accepted by the buyer.

The buyer cannot return the products/services purchased through a Contract, and/or cannot claim damages/compensations, in the following situations:

  • - when a product is returned that is not in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all the labels intact and the accompanying documents);

  • - in accordance with art. 10 letter c of OG 130/2000 art. 10 letter c. reserves the right not to accept the return of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that can degrade or deteriorate quickly.

    If a product has been returned, and does not have a suitable product for replacement, it will offer the Customer the value of the product, within no more than 30 days from the return. The value of the additional services, including but not limited to the transport and insurance of the products during the transport, paid by the Buyer, is not reimbursed.
